These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AmpSprockets.com and purchases from Amp Sprockets. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.

Store eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and provide accurate information. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or security, submit malicious material, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Product information and availability

We try to keep descriptions, specifications, photographs, fitment information, pricing, and inventory accurate. Minor appearance variations may occur, and specifications or availability may change. We may correct errors, limit quantities, reject or cancel orders, or request additional information before accepting an order. If we cancel a paid order, the affected payment will be refunded.

Orders and payment

An order submission is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until payment is authorized and the order is accepted for fulfillment. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal. You authorize us and our providers to charge the displayed order total, including shipping and applicable taxes. Reseller and custom orders may follow a quote, approval, and payment-link process.

Fitment, installation, and vehicle safety

Sprockets are drivetrain components whose suitability depends on the complete application. The customer or installer must verify chain size, tooth count, shaft or bore interface, retention method, alignment, clearances, chain condition, gearing, rotational direction, torque requirements, and vehicle compatibility before installation or use.

Installation, modification, and operation of motorcycles and electric drivetrains involve serious risk, including component failure, property damage, injury, and death. Products should be installed and inspected by a qualified person using appropriate procedures and safety equipment. Do not use a product that appears damaged, incompatible, incorrectly aligned, or improperly retained.

Calculators and technical information

Calculators, estimated speed results, fitment references, educational content, and other technical information are planning aids only. Results depend on user inputs and simplifying assumptions and do not guarantee speed, performance, range, safety, legality, or compatibility. Actual results vary with power, torque curves, controller limits, losses, tire dimensions, load, aerodynamics, conditions, and other factors.

Custom products

Custom requests are subject to technical review, feasibility, minimum quantities, pricing, lead time, and written approval. Submitting a request does not obligate Amp Sprockets to manufacture a product. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of supplied measurements, drawings, specifications, and rights to submitted materials. Approved custom or modified products are final sale once production begins except for verified manufacturing defects or our failure to meet the approved specification.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these terms.

Intellectual property

The site, Amp Sprockets name and branding, photographs, product content, graphics, calculator presentation, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Amp Sprockets and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal or legitimate purchasing purposes, but may not reproduce, sell, publish, or commercially exploit protected content without written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to third-party services, resellers, payment providers, carriers, videos, and websites. We do not control their availability, content, security, or policies, and your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and informational tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except for rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, we disclaim implied warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amp Sprockets will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, use, or data arising from the site, informational tools, improper selection, installation, modification, or use of a product. Any liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Boone County, Kentucky, unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
